- Good understanding of object oriented analysis, design and implementations
- 7+ years hands on experience in developing Web based, Java/J2EE including Servlets (EJB not required) N-tier applications
- Experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or others
- Experience with web services and good understanding and experience of SOA
- Experience with SQL with enterprise RDBMS
- Experience or familiarity using Eclipse IDE or JDeveloper
- Experience with debugging, performance, and change management tools
- Experience with XML, XSL, Advanced HTML, DHTMLX
- Good experience with JavaScript
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
